Hello Classmates, Very, interesting video. Mr. walker explains the effects of sleep on learning. He states that we need sleep before learning so our brains are able to absorb the information and we also need sleep after learning so we can retain the information and not lose it. The effects on our memory from lack of sleep is our memory becomes waterlogged and can't retain our memories. Our immune system is subjected to an even greater danger due to lack of sleep. Mr. Walker explains how we have natural killer cells in our bodies that help identify dangerous and unwanted elements and eliminating them such as cancer cells. The most common Cancer's are bowel, prostate, and breast.
